Definitely cranberry sauce! I make my own and it is delicious.
Happy Thanksgiving--this is a great giveaway!
Cranberry sauce all the way - gravy isn't very appealing for a vegetarian! :)
Cranberry sauce, without a doubt!
Cranberry sauce! Need some of that sweet n'tart to cut through all the turkey, stuffing and potato.
Ya know, neither of the parentals in my family like gravy, so the ONLY gravy I've ever had in my 34 years is the disgusting school-lunch gravy. So I have to say cranberry sauce for this one, but if someone made good gravy? Maybe...
I like gravy. But only my own flavorful gravy!
GRAVY! of course, the greatest staple of them all! :D. nummy nummy nummy i got yummy in my tummy!
I love gravy especially since my in-laws seem to dry out the turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes! Definitely need some moisture there!!
I refuse to choose, you need both to make the post-Thanksgiving sandwich.
Gravy for sure!
I have to say gravy, we make an awesome mushroom gravy.
Gravy :P yummmmmmm......
Cranberry sauce! After T'giving I make awesome chibata sandwiches with lefter Turkey and Cranberry sauce.
Cranberry Sauce!!!
With Ocean Spray in my backyard, it has to be cranberry.
Lynn
I have to go with cranberry sauce, especially homemade! Yummy!
YES! Meaning both for me.

Cranberry Sauce! Definitely!
Cranberry Sauce! In jelly form please.
Definitely cranberry sauce. We like it so much I make two different kinds!
Umm, B O T H! Don't make me choose!

As a general rule, I really don't like sweet stuff on savory foods so as a condiment, cranberry sauce it out for me, but if you were to make from-scratch cranberry sauce, cover it with crumble and bake it golden brown on top, I'd love it for dessert.
I guess that makes my answer: gravy.
GRAVY! On everything! YUM. Happy Thanksgiving!
Cranberry sauce--I don't eat meat, so gravy isn't on the menu. But I'll say it loud & proud: I prefer canned cranberry sauce to homemade.
All year long, I look forward to leftover-turkey sandwiches with CRANBERRY SAUCE and cream cheese! It's my favorite sandwich and I don't know how Im going to be able to wait until tomorrow night to have one!
Mmmm - Gravy on my stuffing that has cranberries in it...
All year long I look forward to leftover-turkey sandwiches with CRANBERRY SAUCE and cream cheese. It's my favorite sandwich and I don't know how Im going to wait until tomorrow night to have one!
Gravy over homemade stuffing!
I'm a huuuge fan of cranberries. I love the sweet and tart, the color, and most of all, the health benefits for the body, particularly the kidneys. I can't get enough, mm. Don't get me wrong, gravy is heavenly but I gotta love me some cranberry.
Refrigerated, canned Cranberry sauce/jelly. Mmmmmmmmmmmm
Cranberry all the way, baby!
Gravy for me since I only eat it a couple of times a year.
Gravy by a mile! I <3 gravy!
Cranberry sauce--definitely! Then add it to the sandwiches the next day--YUM
Gravy. Of course!
Most definitely cranberry sauce that's made on the top of the stove with real fresh cranberries. Just made some in fresh unsweetened apple cider, (instead of water)a cinnamon stick, zest from an orange, and 1/2c of the splenda/sugar sweeter. It's fabulous!
Cranberry sauce if it is whole berry and not the jelly kind. Though I like gravy too, especially on really dry food. :) But prefer the former.
Cranberry sauce is da'bomb - as long as it is not too sugary, cuz that makes me blarghy.
I'm a cranberry sauce fan. Cranberry sauce, cranberry orange relish. Yum!
Gravy, I love good gravy!
Cranberry Sauce!
Gravy! It goes so well with the potatoes, turkey & stuffing. Any that's left over makes a yummy open-faced turkey sandwich!
Gravy! If loving gravy is wrong, I don't want to be right!
Cranberrie sauce
Cranberry with "lines" - aka straight from the can - and only Ocean Spray will do. What can I say? I'm picky about my cranberry :)
Cranberry sauce, but only if it comes from a can!! :P Happy Turkey Day to all!
Definitely cranberry sauce. The canned kind. No Joke.
Forget about the gravy - it's all about the cranberry sauce! Thanks for the lovely giveaway.
Definitely cranberry sauce! Can't wait!
Cranberry!
Cranberry - would love to try the Solemate sock!
Gravy!
Cranberry Sauce! Yum!
Gravy!!
Sorry to say I don't care for either.
Gravy all the way! Being Canadian I had way too much of it already this year!
Cranberry sauce please :)
There's always plenty of leftover cranberry sauce at my house, but never enough gravy. Definitely like gravy better..
Cranberry! (especially if it's homemade :-)
thanks for a great contest! I loooooove Solemate...
allisonlane on rav
gravy!!!
Gravy all the way baby! It goes with everything - meat, vegetables, starches. I mean, what's not to like about gravy? Yum!
Tough sell but I'd have to go with cranberry sauce, in the can with the lines. :)
Just before I sat down to read your blog I cooked my cranberry sauce, to cranberries it is! All the colors are beautiful--may have to buy more than one!
Since I'm making homemade cranberry sauce (for the first time) for my friends this year, I'm going with cranberry sauce ;) But man, mushroom gravy is pretty tasty, too... :o
I have to go with cranberry sauce, in the can with the lines, too! xD
thanks for this chance to win!
Oh definitely gravy! On my potatoes only, please!
Gravy, of course - I can skip the cranberries!
Either one, made from scratch is yuuuummyyy! I think overall though, I'd have to pick cranberry sauce, especially with a hint of orange!
it's got to be gravy! I still watch my mom work her magic every holiday, and I get better each time I try to do my own, but moms homemade gravy is the bomb!
Oooohh... Too hard to choose! It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without either!
I have to say Yes, Please! to both :D
What's wrong with both? I also serve both jellied and whole berry cranberry sauce on my table. Got about a dozen cans total around here.
Cranberry sauce, definitely. I rarely ever put any gravy on my plate! :)
Thanks for the giveaway!
Gravy all the way! It goes with everything. :-D
Orange cranberry sauce for the turkey and gravy for the mashed potatoes please. Happy Holidays everyone!
Absolutely, positively--GRAVY!!
Oh, I have to choose? LOL I enjoy both, but Cranberry sauce gets edged out because I think I make better cranberry sauce than gravy. The husband is in charge of the gravy at our house!
The kits are gorgeous, thanks for the giveaway and enjoy the holiday!
I love gravy especially the made from scratch gravy I tasted a couple years back which put the jar gravy to shame.
It's about gravy for me!
I make pecan pie/sweet potato oever any other pie.I have a great peach/cranberry pie recipe too. What a beautiful giveaway.I would love to win.
rinebird@gmail.com
Gravy, gravy, GRAVY!
I love gravy. Turkey gravy. Chicken gravy. Beef gravy. Mushroom gravy. I'll be making a huge batch of from-scratch mushroom gravy for my vegetarian friends for our Christmas dinner this year.
Cranberry sauce! We never have gravy at Thanksgiving. My favorite is a pink turkey salad sandwich the next day - turkey salad with cranberry sauce mixed in!
while I make a mean Gravy, i prefer the cranberry sauce.
I prefer gravy. Cranberry sauce to me is that weird can shaped blob that I always imagine getting slurped back into the can after dinner.
Cranberry Surprise! An old recipe I got from my ex's mom years ago, now it's a holiday staple. Crushed crackers, sweetened whole berry canned sauce, and home-made whipped sweet cream. Layered like a lasagna, two or three layers. YUMMO!!
A MUST HAVE!!
Homemade cranberry sauce with port wine and orange juice. Or "Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish" recipe.
Cranberry sauce. Happy Thanksgiving to you ~
cranberry sauce! I mix it in my stuffing. Nomnomnom.
I like gravy but I do like cranberry sauce also but I prefer it with jello and applesauce.
Gravy for sure! Although I've never tried cranberry I just don't think I would like it.
This like asking a mother which child she loves best, but i guess i will go with gravy!
Oh I am a cranberry person :) Best wishes to you all!
Gravy with mash potatoes for sure
Both cranberry sauce and gravy! You can't do Thanksgiving without both.LOL Barb H.
always always gravy. not much of a cranberry sauce fan at all.
Cranberry!
Cranberry sauce....the chunky kind! Gotta love whole cranberries in there!
I like them both, but if I had to choose one, I'd have to go with gravy!
Made from scratch gravy please! My mom always makes the best gravies to go with whichever meat she is serving. :)
definitely cranberry sauce!
Cranberry sauce, with orange and other tasty stuff :)
Oh, it's so hard to choose as I love them both, but I'm gonna have to say homemade cranberry sauce salad. It's delicious and I'm having some this year.
cranberry sauce, hands down
Gravy but only homemade by Mom.
Mushroom gravy! Great on lentil loaf.
Homemade gravy, 'nuf said.
Cranberry relish, yum..
I love my first pair of Solemate socks, made with Cat's new Sweet Tomato heel, although I wasn't thrilled with using the size zero needles this yarn needs.. I'll be using it for a scarf next..
I'll have to pick my homemade cranberry sauce because it come out better than my homemade gravy :)
Since I make both cranberry sauce and gravy from scratch, I vote for both!
Cranberry! I'm a vegetarian and always looking for new ways to eat whole berry cranberry sauce. These kits are beautiful, please enter me in the contest. Thanks!
Cranberry sauce - it is the only time of year that I eat it! YUM!
Gravy all the way!
Rav: SEBCJen
Cranberry salad from an old family recipe and I'm the only one willing to make it too.
Cranberry Sauce! I usually make my own with pears or apples... but I have to admit I love the jellied stuff in a can, too!
I was a vegetarian for a long time, but when I started eating poultry again, I decided I better dive in with both feet, so I roast a bird and make gravy almost every week. And then make soup or pot-pie with the leftovers. Bread and gravy is one of my most guilty pleasures. Takes me right back to being a kid.
But I love cranberry sauce too (the raw one with a whole orange is my husband's family favorite), and try to stock up on the berries now to have them throughout the year.
My real conundrum this year since I'm only cooking for four is mashed potatoes or stuffing? The kids will weep without the mashed potatoes, but since stuffing is really something you only make at Thanksgiving, I think I'll do potatoes for Thursday and bake stuffing on Friday to go with the leftovers. Mmm. Stuffing.
Cranberry Sauce it is. First the color is deep and rich. It tastes good with everything, especially a left-over turkey sandwich. It can be very low in calories. It is seldom confused with something else. There are many more attributes, but I'll end with it plays well with others.
Cranberry sauce! It even goes well with veggie burgers!
Teabird from Ravelry
Gravy! Especially more so now that I can't have much of it.
cranberry sauce
What a choice!! But I would choose cranberry sauce because you don't need turkey to eat cranberry sauce! Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Oh my goodness, cranberry sauce! It is so tangy and so needed after all the heavy holiday food.
Cranberry sauce and it is extra special because we only have it at Thanksgiving!
Cranberry sauce. I've used the Yarn Harlot's recipe every year for Thanksgiving and we eat it all winter.
Definitely both! I can't live without either on Thanksgiving (or for left overs, with the sammy piled high with a little bit o' everythang!) Those kits looks absolutely fabulous! I must have one, or four ;)
I hope this isn't cheating but I love cranberry sauce AND gravy. They are both necessary for full enjoyment of not only the meal but the leftovers too!
Love 'em both at this time of year. But I have to go with gravy as that was my first Thanksgiving cooking job. It was my Mom's way of keeping my hands busy so that I didn't pick at the food.
Gravy just isn't the same without grandma making it every year. So I'd have to vote for the cranberries.
Gravy, because it can be put on so many things!
But I don't wanna choose! :-) Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I love cranberry sauce! My husband makes the homemade stuff every year, and it's lovely.
As much as I like gravy, there is nothing like cranberry sauce with fresh cornbread dressing. The tart and the savory are just great together!
Gravy, but only if it's made well. Hate thick, greasy gravy. There is an art to making good gravy!
cranberry
Sock saving heel cream and the socks to knit! Yummy.
Crandberry Sauce and pleanty of it. I just put a fresh batch of homemade crannberry sauce in the fridge for tommrow.
Gravy!!!!!!!!!!
This is tough! I will have to pick Cranberry sauce over gravy...but I may have to change my mind tomorrow!
Cranberry sauce, esp the stuff out of the can! :)
I made 2 kinds of cranberry sauce this year - one with red wine, jalapenos and caramelized onions and one with port , pecans and orange juice. Both are yummy. : )
I am southern... so GRAVY all the way!!!!
I have to vote for gravy. Was never a canned cranberry sauce fan. Made my own once - was OK. With my gravy I make mine with a little Zeigler's Apple Cider in it. And there's nothing like a hot turkey sandwich!
Gravy for me!
gravy - not a big cranberry person at all canned or fresh
Tough choice - but I'd have to say gravy!
Gravy. On everything. Even the cranberry sauce. Extra gravy for leftovers.
Gravy beats cranberry sauce, hands down!! It definitely adds that extra moisture that seems to be lacking in 90% of the Thanksgiving Turkey's I've eaten. (don't get me wrong though, cranberry sauce is great.)
I prefer cranberry sauce!
Love cranberry sauce!
Cranberry sauce, in a jar, not the congealed canned stuff...I like to see the chunks!!
Cranberry sauce because it is beautiful, good for vegans and omnivores alike, and antioxidants (whatever those are!).
gravy. love gravy. hot hamburgers with gravy over all. and giblet gravy? my mom's giblet gravy is very, very yum.
cranberries are only in season for a short time, but gravy can be enjoyed all year long. :-)
Mmm.... definitely gravy. :)
I actually don't like either...I'll have a bit of gravy if something seems a bit dry...but I don't tend to eat saucy things on my food...talking about cranberries and sauce yesterday..many of my students had never had it..and didn't know what it was...
Cranberries! a much prettier color than gravy!
I love me some gravy! Fruit and Meat should never mix, is my rule! =)
Thanks for the gorgeous kits! I have a new thing on my Christmas list!
Cranberry sauce for sure!
Gravy! Gravy! Americans say more gravy!
Cranberry sauce for me over gravy, every time. I love the sweet-tartness of it, and the color is just beautiful. Gets to me every time.
Hmmm, it's too really hard to decide, I reluctantly have to pick gravy! Cool giveaway!
I don't really care for either, but I have tried that horseradish cranberry relish that NPR broadcasts every year. Tasty and spicy! Great stuff.
Both are delicious, but I have to say GRAVY!! It's good on potatoes, turkey, veggies... Yum. I'm hungry now!
I don't want to choose. Can't I have both? Pretty please :)
Gravy! It goes on more stuff. Although I've already made the cranberry sauce….
Gravy - ties everything together!
I prefer gravy. Just never really liked cranberry sauce
Cranberry sauce please.
I love them both!! Mixed together and lots of it! Thank you.
Definitely a cranberry sauce girl . . . oh yummmmy! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
This is my first time blogging. My family says I'm unique. They like gravy and I love cranberries sauce. The sweetness with the turkey hits the spot. Happy thanksgiving and God bless us all.
i have never been a fan of cranberry sauce..so i guess gravy?! thanks for the giveaway!
Cranberry sauce all the way!
Gravy Please!
It's cranberry sauce for me. Thanks for the great giveaway.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Definitely a cranberry sauce gal! I've always loved it for as long as I can remember... I can even remember being little and eating most of a can when my mom wasn't looking xD
That's a hard choice...cranberry sauce wins
Both, please! Thanks for a great giveaway!!
I vote for Cranberry Sauce!!! It tastes so good and the color is much more fabulous than that of gravy! Thanks for the great giveaway! Stephanie (stephi_gordon@yahoo.com)
Cranberry sauce -- with oranges! Yum.
Gravy! My mom's gravy is amazing; I would never pass it up.
Cranberry sauce!
Cranberry sauce every time...
Both for me please - make them both for the day.
LaurenS (Rav)
Hands down - cranberry sauce! I make my own every year. And it's never been the same twice. Cranberries, water, sugar and a little magic, and out comes cranberry goodness!
Cranberry sauce! Just the right sweet n tart for turkey
Gravy - made with lots og turkey juice and giblets!
While I do love cranberry sauce, I have to choose gravy handsdown. My aunt and grandmother make the best gravy. Happy Thanksgiving!
Gravy--but Thanksgiving wouldn't be the same without the cranberries.
I prefer gravy, it goes on everything that's standard for a Thanksgiving meal. Cranberry sauce just isn't as versatile, it's only good on the turkey.
gravy baby! :) happy thanksgiving!
raineoc@yahoo.com
Definitely cranberry. Maybe with a touch of persimmon for sweetness.
Those look like great Xmas gifts. Too bad likely none of my local YS's will have them. And neither actually. I love a little cool compote of cranberry orange chutney. It is just the thing for Turkey.
Gravy, of course! My mom-in-law's gravy is the best, and I'm always trying to get my gravy to live up to hers. I've been married almost 30 years and I'm still trying!
gravy!!! sorry - cranberry sauce just doesn't do it for me!
Definitely cranberry sauce. I'm not even making gravy today (and hoping nobody will notice :) ).
Tough choice, but I've got to go with cranberry sauce. Sweet and tangy and oh so yummy!
Cranberry sauce, for sure!
Carol
Ceejay on Rav
Gravy! Thanksgiving isn't complete without gravy! My husband would disagree, he loves his cranberry sauce.
Definitely gravy, as it is a must have for us. Thanks!
Gotta go with cranberry sauce myself.
